I am stuck on a floor

Every floor is solvable, and every floor is identical each run — that is the point. If you die ten times on the same floor, a "reveal traps" button appears in the top bar. It marks the hidden spikes, the fake platforms and what each portal actually does. Turning it on costs you nothing.

I cannot reach a shard

Every shard sits somewhere reachable from where you start — this is verified for all 100 floors before release. If you find one you genuinely cannot get to, that is a bug and we want to hear about it. Send us the floor number.

My progress disappeared

Progress is saved on your device, not on a server. It is lost if you delete the app, clear the browser storage for this site, or play in a private window. There is no account to restore from, which is also why we never ask you to make one.

The game runs but there is no sound

Check the speaker button in the top bar. On iPhone, also check the physical silent switch — the game respects it.

Can I play offline?

The app versions work fully offline. The browser version needs to load once, after which it will usually keep working while the tab stays open.

Ads

The phone versions show an ad after every fifth floor and offer optional videos in the Vault for cosmetics. Ads never appear while you are playing, and never in the retry loop after a death.

The browser and Chrome versions carry no ads at all and make no network requests once loaded.

Send them to support@kulgames.ai. For a bug, the floor number and a description of what happened is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
